Product Owner

Within the IT department we are looking for an experienced Product Owner.

Description

Within one of the IT teams a Product Owner is needed. The Product Owner is a key member of our Agile team. This team delivers dedicated software solutions for the software development department within ASML. He is accountable for managing the product backlog as agreed during the Program Increment Planning Event. The Product Owner helps the team with refining the product backlog and prioritization of the Product Backlog Items. He manages stakeholders and Epic Owners. Besides he joins all related Scrum events. Together with the Chief Product Owner and his team he prepares the Program Increment Planning Event.

Experience required

• 4+ years’ experience as a member of an agile software development team
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner
• Bachelor’s degree

Product Owner skills

• Can demonstrate techniques for quickly and effectively understanding a client domain and product
• Can demonstrated experience in helping stakeholders identify business value/objectives and using this to prioritize work
• Can demonstrate ability to effectively negotiate between competing stakeholders to ensure highest value objectives are met
• Can demonstrate experience in creating and using delivery metrics, such as predictability
