HR Program Architect / Domain Architect Expert

Job Summary:

Experienced Program Architect with extensive (hands-on) experience to lead the technical aspects of the Action HR payroll transformation program and to ensure a future proof, best practice HR IT landscape (including SuccessFactors and UKG Pro WFM) .

Required Experience:

  • Strong background in integrating HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors (EC), SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) and UKG Pro WFM (or any other Workforce Management solution
  • Solid understanding of best practise HR landscape and landscape transformation using above solutions (including process, technology and operating model)
  • Proven experience with SuccessFactors, Payroll and UKG WFM (or any other Workforce Management solution) implementations (including integrations) in a large scale (fast growing) multi country operational environment (Retail business preferred)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall quality of solution design, functional and technical design documents (incl integration designs)
  • Safeguard that Architecture standards and principles are applied, including documentation standards; leading to a future proof, scalable, high secure, and Performant solution
  • Create a long term view of the Architecture within the HR domain to and beyond program scope and related solutions (end state, transition architecture & roadmap) in alignment with key stakeholders including; business process owner, system integrator, software supplier
  • Govern the Design approval process, using existing governance for architecture validation and approval (incl Design Authority); enhance or improve program governance if required to be more effective
  • Ensure yourselves and others to work closely with Tech teams , solution architects and business teams to understand requirements and ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

 

Skills:

  •  Ability to understand an organization’s goals, purpose, and vision. Translate a business architecture and requirements in to an high level HR IT architecture and related roadmap. Including value based priority setting
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to oversee complex technical solutions.
  •  Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  •  Focus on overarching HR architecture without loosing the relevant details of the program scope
