Job Description: PM / Scrum Master
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure projects progress within set parameters, schedule, budget, and goals.
    • Manage project resources, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
    • Facilitate ART events and processes, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
    • Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
    • Escalate and remove impediments, manage risks, and help ensure value delivery.
    • Foster collaboration between teams and system-level stakeholders.
    • Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
    • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel.
    • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
    • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • General Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
    • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Specific Skills:
    • Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team.
    • Experience in leading Agile Release Trains and facilitating ART events.
    • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
